  • Please be sure to meet the patients during these hours as visiting out-of-hours could interfere with medical treatment.
  • Please meet the patients in the room or the cafeteria.
  • Please stay quiet and keep your visit short so as not to cause a nuisance for other patients in the room.
  • Please refrain from visiting in a large group or with small children.
  • For preventing infection for both inpatients and visitors, be sure to wash your hands at the time of entry and exit.
  • Learn more about access to the Maternity Ward from here.
  • Preschooler visitors are not accepted in the Intensive Care Unit / Emergency and Critical Care Ward.
  • For inquiries about the hospital rooms, please contact General Information on the first floor, or No. 18 Disaster Prevention Center during night hours and holidays.
  • Unless refused by the patient, we will inform visitors which room the patient stays from the perspective of patient service.

Visitor Restrictions

We may restrict visitors depending on the infectious conditions, etc. of infectious diseases.
In the case of infectious diseases such as influenza and infectious gastroenteritis, if an inpatient is infected, the condition may become serious and there is also a risk of spreading the infection to other patients in the same room or ward. In order to prevent the spread of infection, it is best that inpatients stay indoors or within the ward and do not contact a large number of people. Please follow the instructions of the hospital staff when we apply restrictions on visitors. We will decline your visits if the instructions cannot be followed.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused for inpatients and their related parties. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Protection of Inpatients' Personal Information

To ensure patients' safety and comfort during their medical treatment, we are committed to handling personal information carefully.
To name a few examples of the system, we respect the patients' request regarding whether or not to place a name card in front of the patient's room, and we do not provide information as to whether a specific patient is hospitalized or his/her room number, in principle, when we receive inquires over the phone.
